Boundary Trap Renewals

The boundary trap is the point where your household drainage connects to the sewer drain running to the main point of connection. Waste from toilets, showers, sinks and washing machines run through the boundary trap (BT) and it is a common point of blockage. In older homes the BT may be terracotta which deteriorates over time, contributing to blockages. Boundary traps can also be damaged by tree roots and landscaping.

Our staff are experienced at renewing or relining boundary traps, ensuring household waste flows without interference to the sewer main and away from your property.
